Where We Swim
E=MC³ Swim Club holds its swim sessions at the YMCA of Clarence-Rockland, located at 1525 du Parc Avenue, Rockland, Ontario. The facility features a four-lane pool that offers the perfect environment for focused, structured training. With its modern amenities and welcoming atmosphere, it’s an ideal home for our club’s dynamic sessions. You do not have to be a YMCA member to join the club.

WHAT WE OFFER
The E=MC³ Swim Club offers structured program of vigorous swimming designed for adults with a wide range of swimming abilities (from intermediate level swimmers to seasoned triathletes). Our coached sessions focus on technique, endurance, and overall fitness, helping members build confidence in the water while enjoying a supportive team environment. We offer fall, winter, and spring sessions, each tailored to support steady progress throughout the year.

OTHER EVENTS
In addition to our regular training sessions, E=MC³ organizes special events throughout the year—like group cycling outings, open-water swims, and social gatherings. These activities are a great way to stay active, connect with fellow members, and enjoy the sports we love in a fun, relaxed setting.
